Breakfast around the world: Pho the Vietnamese soup

Hello there back again with me, Salwa! ‎♡₊˚ 🦢・₊✧  In today's blog i'll introduce you all to one of vietnamese nasional dish, as you already read from the title we are all gonna talk about Pho, yes Pho. 

The history of Pho begins at the end of the 19th century, at the peak of French coloniaism. French demand led to a greater availability of beef in Vietnam. This in turn produced a surplus of beef bones, wich werw used by Chinese and Vietnamese vendors to deepen and perfect the flavour of the nam dinh broth.
